"A few months after I joined 24-Hour Fitness, I decided to give training one more try. The manager suggested I try Chad Hanley for his rehab experience. Chad spent an entire session testing my mobility and determining which exercises were likely to aggravate my shoulder. He then developed a routine to build the muscles surrounding the weak joint, while not stressing the joint itself. He concentrated especially on showing proper form for every exercise to prevent any bad habits from developing. Within a month, I was able to noticeably increase the weight without experiencing any of the pain which had accompanied my previous attempts at weight training."
