There are 7 billion people inhabiting the Earth, and yet your body is like no other. It has its own rhythms and balances that make it unique. That's why The Fitness Architect™ would never encourage you to sweat and strain through a one-size-fits-all routine of aerobic exercises and repetitive weight-training that may do you more harm than good. We’ll protect your joints, muscles, heart, and lungs. Plus, since we will be asking questions and performing analysis on pre-existing injuries and diseases, you’ll increase your health without adding any new injuries.

Before we craft a personal exercise regimen for you, we always take baseline assessments of your initial health conditions. We note your flexibility, aerobic capability, relative strength, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and check your fat-to-weight ratio. Once that's done, we'll chart a well-rounded exercise and wellness program that will improve your long-term health.
